About us

Mission for Community Development (MCODE) is a registered non-profit Organisation in Uganda aiming at enhancing lives of youth, children and women in the rural areas.
We are cooperating with partners and are getting support from various people working voluntarily for MCODE

Our Mission

MCODE's mission is to enhance lives of the marginalised children, youth and women in rural Uganda through access to education, economic empowerment and environmental conservation.

Our Vision

We envision resilient rural community members in Uganda living independent and sustainable lives

Our Goal

Contribute to the improvement of living conditions of the rural poor through education, disability support. economic empowerment and environmental care.

Objectives

To enhance the capacity of smallholder farmers to sustainably increase their household food production and incomes.

To support vulnerable children to attain formal education and contribute to the improvement of the education infrastructure in the marginalised communities.

To Provide specialist therapy services, including physio, occupational, speech and orthopaedic therapy and special education to children with disabilities.. 

To promote inclusive efforts that address climate change and sustainable natural resource management.
